Shipping Policy

We are committed to providing fast and reliable shipping to all our customers. Once an order is placed, we typically process it within 1 to 3 business days. After processing, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or text message (if a phone number was provided) containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update in the system.

Please double-check your shipping address before finalizing your order. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct address at checkout. If you realize there’s an error, reach out to us immediately .

There’s only a short window before the order is processed and shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
